1. Returns Eligibility

• Products are eligible for return only if:

  • They are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • They are returned in unused, unopened, and original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

• Products once opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and product safety concerns.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products.

• Products without original packaging or damaged packaging not caused during transit.

• Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discounts.

3. Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please email us at nutrabustling@gmail.com with:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/incorrect)

2. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 working days.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • COD orders: Refund will be made to your bank account (details required).

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Replacements

• In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund.

• Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions mentioned above.
