Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-7 business days
- Remote/Out of Delivery Areas: Up to 8 business days
- You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges0
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may include an additional fee of ₹[100].
Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India, including metros, tier 2/3 cities, and most remote pin codes via reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, etc.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/email.
- You can also track your order anytime from the My Orders section on our website.
Delays or Failed Deliveries
- We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or logistics disruptions.
- For failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package appears tampered, damaged, or incomplete, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately with photos and order details.
